A paper copy is available from Coventry Cathedral Gift Shop or by post from The Rectory, Rectory Lane, Allesley, Coventry CV5 9EQ -  when you send an addressed A5 envelope with a suitable stamp and a cheque for £3.00 made out to "Allesley PCC".
